Principal Employees
James Rader, PE, President
Jim has over 30 years of engineering experience and received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo in 1989. He received his Ohio professional engineer’s license in 1994, his Michigan professional engineers’ license in 2001 and Florida license in 2014.
Jim’s experience with engineering, design, and project and construction management includes projects for various industrial, chemical, and food and beverage facilities. His varied experience in engineering and project management makes him a valuable asset in nearly every application.
John Morris, PE, Vice President
John received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering with a minor in chemistry from Ohio University in 2002. John became a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio in 2008.
John is responsible for management of personnel and projects. John’s understanding of OSHA requirements, construction methods, and processes makes him a valuable asset in any construction project.
Glenn McCarthy, Director of Business Operations
Glenn received his bachelor’s degree from University of Buffalo and has over 25 years of senior management experience planning, coordinating and directing organizational operations.
Glenn’s responsibilities include: Business Operations, Marketing, H/R and Business Development.
