Owner's Representative
Leverage the engineering personnel that you already have by hiring our team to act as an extension of your engineering and project management department — but only when you need it. We will work on your behalf to manage your projects, even if another vendor is performing the work. This method allows you to complete more projects with your existing resources without sacrificing quality or schedule.
Design-Build
Streamline the process by combining our engineering design and construction management services through a collaborative approach. We utilize our network of contractors that we know and trust and ensure they are performing the work according to the drawings and specifications. With the design-build delivery method we also coordinate the trades for priority of schedule and space.
Engineering Procurement Construction
Expedite the process using our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) method of delivery. If you prefer a single source for the entire project, this is an option for you. With this method, we assist with the engineering and design, develop the bid specifications, handle the transactions and provide project management during the installation.
